We are looking for a hands-on AI / Data Science professional to develop digital tools and intelligent automation solutions using Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio.

The role focuses on building AI agents, engineering productivity solutions, intelligent automation, and knowledge-reuse applications for engineering and project teams.

You will work closely with engineering and digital teams to transform business requirements into practical AI-powered solutions and support broader digitalization initiatives across engineering and EPC workflows.

Key Skills

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio or enterprise conversational AI platforms
• Experience building AI agents / Agentic AI solutions
• Exposure to Azure AI Studio and Azure OpenAI Service
• Strong programming fundamentals with experience in one or more of Python, Java, ASP.NET, VBA
• Experience working with APIs, enterprise data, and automation workflows
• Good understanding of Microsoft 365 and SharePoint
• Understanding of data access, security, and permissions
• Exposure to intelligent search, document processing, OCR, or retrieval-based systems
• Experience with SQL Server / Oracle is an advantage
• Knowledge of GitHub Copilot is a plus

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build AI agents using Copilot Studio
• Develop custom AI applications and utilities based on engineering and business requirements
• Ground AI solutions on SharePoint and Microsoft 365 project data
• Design prompts, topics, workflows, and guardrails for reliable AI outputs
• Build solutions for intelligent search, document processing, OCR, and workflow automation
• Integrate APIs and enterprise data into AI-powered solutions
• Collaborate with engineering and digital teams to validate requirements and deliver scalable solutions
• Support adoption of AI and digitalization initiatives across engineering and EPC workflows
