About the Role

We are seeking a ServiceNow Senior Developer with strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, customization, scripting, workflows, custom applications, and integrations. The ideal candidate will have approximately 5 years of ServiceNow development experience and strong knowledge of ITSM and Agile ServiceNow environments.

Job Description

The role involves designing, developing, implementing, customizing, and maintaining ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements. The candidate will work on custom applications, workflows, scripting, incident/problem/change/service request processes, and system integrations.

The position also requires supporting the ServiceNow environment, troubleshooting application issues, developing end-to-end integrations, participating in customer demonstrations, and collaborating with technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, scripts, and business processes.
• Design, implement, and enhance ServiceNow solutions based on customer requirements.
• Handle incidents, problems, changes, and service requests within the ServiceNow platform.
• Design and develop end-to-end integrations between ServiceNow and external systems.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting to ensure smooth ServiceNow operations.
• Work with teams to design, develop, implement, and maintain high-quality technical solutions.
• Analyze application issues and develop effective solutions to resolve technical problems.
• Participate in customer discussions and provide demonstrations of developed solutions.
• Apply ServiceNow ITSM and Agile knowledge to development and implementation activities.
• Contribute to data modeling activities where required.
• Maintain effective technical and professional communication with customers and team members.
