About the Role
We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer to support the OneStop project, focusing on enhancing ServiceNow's Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) capabilities and enabling the Due Diligence Request (DDR) module. The role involves platform configuration, automation, scripting, security, and development of external-facing vendor portals.
Job Description
The role focuses on configuring, enhancing, and testing ServiceNow modules to meet business requirements, with particular emphasis on DDR and TPRM. The candidate will build and maintain Third-Party Profiles, develop external-facing risk portals, and implement automated workflows using Flow Designer and server-side scripting.
The position requires strong knowledge of ServiceNow security models and hands-on experience troubleshooting and configuring Access Control Lists (ACLs). The candidate will also work with Business Rules, Script Actions, Events, Notifications, and platform automation to support secure and efficient processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Enable, configure, and test the DDR (Due Diligence Request) module.
- Configure and enhance the Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) module based on business requirements.
- Build and configure Third-Party Profiles for vendor data capture and assessment.
- Develop and enhance the Third-Party Risk Portal for external vendors.
- Design automated processes using Flow Designer.
- Develop server-side logic using Business Rules, Script Actions, and Events.
- Configure and trigger platform Events and Script Actions for background processing.
- Design condition-driven Notifications for internal and external stakeholders.
- Design and maintain complex ACLs across relevant tables.
- Troubleshoot ServiceNow security and access-control issues.
- Support platform configuration, testing, and enhancements for the OneStop project.

Candidate Profile

An active ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required, along with strong communication and problem-solving capabilities.
