About the Role
We are seeking an experienced SAP Basis professional with 6–9 years of hands-on experience managing SAP environments. The role focuses on SAP monitoring, troubleshooting, performance tuning, installations, migrations, and system upgrades, with opportunities to work across different SAP products, operating systems, and databases.
Job Description
The role involves managing and supporting SAP environments, including monitoring system performance, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and implementing appropriate tuning and optimization activities. The candidate will work across SAP technical projects such as installations, migrations, and upgrades.
Experience with SAP HANA is beneficial, along with exposure to SAP environments hosted on public cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP), AWS, or Microsoft Azure. The role also requires effective customer communication and participation in structured technical projects.
The successful candidate will analyze complex technical issues, provide technical recommendations, coordinate project activities, and manage multiple priorities while maintaining clear and timely communication with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and tune SAP environments.
- Perform SAP technical projects including installations, migrations, and system upgrades.
- Analyze complex technical issues and provide appropriate recommendations.
- Support SAP environments across different products, operating systems, and databases.
- Contribute to SAP technical projects and coordinate activities with relevant teams.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with customers regarding technical issues and resolutions.
- Manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong organization and timely delivery.
